1. What is My Account?
Ans:My Account is a place where you can change password, update contact information and manage username.
In my account you can:
     a. Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, and email ids.
     b. Change your password.
     c. Track the status of your orders.

To access all these options, you’ll have to register on with your Username and password.

2. If a user cannot remember the password. Following are the things user can do:

15. What is the type of container do you provide for my plant?
Ans: Generally big outdoor plants are supplied in polythene bags and most other plants are supplied in 5 cm dia plastic pot with a bottom plate. But if you need the pot of any other size, we can provide it at extra cost and depending upon its availability. 16. What is the necessary care and maintenance of the plants?
Ans: The plant supplied will be well grown and healthy when handed over to you. We provide a pamphlet which includes all the tips necessary to take care and maintain the plants.
